Hello, I am trying to find out if the medical report from the consular interview that was put into the brown sealed envelope and given to POE officer was given back to you. The physicians in New Delhi are saying that they will not give a copy of the medical report, and if the one from the sealed envelope is not given back, then we have to get a new medical exam done. Can anyone help me clear this confusion?

No Biggy!

The sealed envelope isn't given back at the POE but he will have to go to a Designated Civil Surgeon i[DCS] n the US to apply to adjust status.

The DCS will determine what vaccinations he will be required to have.

As long as it's less than 1 year from his immigration medical he isn't required to have a full medical. Just the vaccination records.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship
