9/12/08 Green Card arrived in mail :-)

You don't really need one. My wife submitted hers without a cover letter with no problems.

However, if you really want to:

Start with the usual entry lines "Dear Sirs, Please find enclosed the following:". Then list each item, in the order that you have packaged them. Then close with the standard exit.

There really is nothing to it.
