We are getting ready to apply for 10yr visa... For 2005 He didnt file taxes because no income, but i did include him and his son ( who lives with us) on mine. In 2006 we filed seperately because I did not want him to be liable fo rmy income tax debt that I had at the time. Do you think that is going to be a problem when we get ready to file?? We have other things like bills, mail, affadivits, insurance papers, bank accounts, and credit cards statements. I am really starting to get nervous.

Many married couples file separately for various reasons. Both of your tax returns should reflect the same address...and as married, filing separately? I don't see why it should be a problem especially if you have other evidence to support your cohabitation.
