I THINK IN MY WHOLE LIFE A HAVEN'T BEEN MORE FRUSTATED THAN I'M RIGHT NOW IT IS UNBELIEVABLE ALL THE TIME WE HAVE TO WAIT , I HAVE NOBODY TO BLAME FOR THIS ,THE WAITING JUST WEARS ME OUT .

HOW LONG THIS IS GOING TO TAKE? .

I KNOW IT IS LIKE A WAY OF PROVING OUR LOVE BEFORE WE STAR OUR LIFE IN ANOTHER COUNTRY BUT I THINK MORE THAN 4 MONTHS WITHOUT ANY NEW ABOUT THE CASE IS KIND OF ENOUGH .

AM I RIGHT OR WHAT ? :crying::devil:

The journey is over we are divorced now.

AM I RIGHT OR WHAT ? :crying::devil:

Of course you are :thumbs:

I have not even started mine & the thought of it is so bad.

Why can't humans live where they want in the world?

Why can't a citizen just say they are responsible for their spouse & that be enough for any government?

If then they are not responsible well then the government can make them wait but till then why not?

We want you to know that we are pulling for your case to be approved. Could it be that you are about a month ahead of us in the timelines? Hmmmmm...maybe. Bryan and Yenys just got an approval...after 150 days, I think. That seemed a little long...but, I don't know for sure. It will be interesting to see how the rest of their journey goes.

Good luck and keep us posted. Your photos are beautiful!! You look very happy!!

Sincerely,

Craig

I am you...

I am in the process of getting everything together for our petitions and I am paralyzed by fear that we will be denied due to our short courtship and age difference. What fr##%%in right does the gov't have to say who can marry who? Yes, this topic has come up before and someone says 'they can't deny your marriage, only your spouse's right to enter the country' but in probably most cases it ends up being the same thing. I honestly don't care if we live in the US or Nepal - the Nepali gov't had no problem with our age difference, etc. when we got married legally there and I would be able to have NP citizenship very quickly, but there are no jobs there so how are we supposed to live unless he comes here??? Unless we can find another country where we can both work then if he cannot enter the US, our marriage cannot survive...

As long as the Affidavit of Support is valid I dont see that it's USCIS' business about our relationship - if a beneficiary is trying to commit marriage fraud then ultimately it is the petitioner's problem.
