Here are the things that I prepared for my interview, I'm on K1 route, my son K2 will follow to join within a year

Suggestions and comments are welcome...

Am I missing any?

FOLDER 1 PRIMARY FOLDER

1. Appointment Letter

2. DS 157 - 2 sets one of which is validated by the bank at the back of the form, filled up by hand

3. DS 156 - 2 sets with same bar code,downloaded online with visa photo glued

4. DS 156K - 1 copy

5. Original Birth Certificate from NSO- of me and my son

6. Baptismal Certificate - of me and my son

7. NBI Clearance

8. CENOMAR

9. Original copy of NOA2 and NVC Letter

10. Letter of Intent

11. Annulment Papers

- Annotated Marriage Certificate from NSO

- Decree

- Certificate of Finality

- Copy of the Endorsement Letter to LCR

* never been to other country so I don't have my Police Certificate*

12. Affidavit of Discrepancy on my Place of Birth on my Annotated Marriage Certificate if in case the Consul notice it

FOLDER 2

1. Affidavit of Support

2. ITR 2005 & 2006

3. W2 2005 & 2006

4. Employment Letter

5. Recent Pay Stubs

6. Savings Account from the Bank

FOLDER 3

1. Photocopy of Stamp Passport

2. Hotel Receipts of first, 2nd and 3rd trip

3. Boarding Pass - First, 2nd and 3rd trip

4. Flight Itineraries - of 2nd and 3rd trip(ticket purchase online)

FOLDER 4

1. Money Remittances - copy from the bank

2. Phone Bills

3. Yahoo Voice Call History

4. Screen Shots

FOLDER 5 - Pictures from first to 3rd trip

FOLDER 6 - Snail Mails(letters and cards) from him and from me

FOLDER 7 - Emails from Him

FOLDER 8 - Emails from me

FOLDER 9 - Chat logs - 1 copy each month since January 2006

K2 ROC Time line
08/31/11 - package sent to CSC
09/02/11 - package delivered(Labor day weekend)
09/07/11 - check cashed
09/21/11 - requested NOA replacement
09/29/11 - received replacement of NOA(no NOA date)
02/03/12 - email received card production ordered!!!
02/09/12 - GC received
N-400 Time line
09/05/12 - package sent to Phoenix AZ
09/07/12 - package received
09/10/12 - NOA sent
09/11/12 - check cashed, email and text received
09/13/12 - biometrics sent
09/14/12 - received NOA(took 4 days to received!!!)
09/15/12 - biometrics letter received
09/26/12 - finger print done
09/28/12 - placed in line for an interview schedule
11/21/12 - interview scheduled
11/28/12 - received interview letter
12/26/12 - INTERVIEW DAY at 2pm
12/31/12 - scheduled for oath ceremony
01/17/13 - OATH CEREMONY

I-30 Petition for Father

6/23/16 - sent application

6/29/16 - NOA1

8/03/16 - NOA2

9/19/16 - NVC approved notice thru email

9/25/16 - AOS fee paid online

Looks good!

You may need a letter of consent from the father for your anak to immigrate.

Also it's WAY better, logistic wise, if anak accompanys you to the US unless you are planning to go back and get him.

Looks like you aren't planning to take anak to the interview as you don't have DS forms for him.

I suggest you look into doing so.

Easier now than mamaya!

when you AOS remember also to apply for Advance Parole in case it takes longer that expected for GC...

the K-2 to to be issued within one year from date K-1 is issued, so remember to allow enough time to set up an interview.

01/03/2010- Receive NOA

01/10/2011- Email from USCIS for the Required Evidence( Finger printing)

01/26/2011-Biometric Schedule

02/07/2011-USCIS online status update-

02/12/2011- Received Interview Letter Scheduled March 14

02/12/2011- Received Descheduled letter

02/17/2011- USCIS online Status update

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)

02/23/2011- I called USCIS and I was told new schedule in the computer for March 22

02/23/2011-USCIS ONline update....

03/01/2011-Interview Letter for March 22 @ 7:15 AM

03/22/2011- Interview and Oath; US Citizen
