You can efile for the EAD renewal on the USCIS website.

I would recommend that the petitioner get in with touch with their Senators and Congressperson to make 'official' inquiries.

As far as your time line goes, we waited 13 months for the AOS to be adjudicated.

Yea...all this sucks, and my husband hasn't been waiting nearly as long.

However, I'm frustrated since his case is still sitting at the NBC and hasn't been touched in 4 months.

An infopass is impossible for my husband now because he hasn't been working at his job very long - and can't get time off. I can - but then they won't talk to me if he's not there....unless I call him on the phone, right?

I know there is people out there who have been waiting way longer than I have and they must be also very frustrated by all this. I just needed to vent my frustrations. A lot of people in my life just don't understand what it is like to be in limbo about your status and with that in a way your future. People seem to think that moving over here is so easy and that when you are here you can just go on doing whatever it is that you want.....yeah we wish. Ah well.....

By the way, the Ead thing I have figured out I think.....I will do e-filing.
