How to Check if I-751 is received by TSC?

Hi,

We sent the I-751 package to TSC on 09/12/07 and US Postal receipt noted TSC received this package on 09/17/07. It has been almost two weeks we haven't received anything from TSC such as NOA for case received or Check is cashed...

We worry our case/package may be lost by TSC. What/how should we do or make contact to make sure the I-751 is in TSC hand?

Answer: go to www.usvis.gov. Right there on the homepage they tell users that there is a huge "front log" of petitions waiting to be entered into the sysem for receipts. On the right hand side there is a link to a list of receipting dates that is updated weekly. This will tell you about how long you will have to wait for a receipt. You can also see if your check has been deposited. USCIS writes your receipt number on the back of he check. You can get that and then sign up for online case monitoring. If you sign up for email updates uscis will email you every time they update the website. That way you know about these things.

You just need to give it a bit more time, its been taking about 30-45 days for checks to be cashed. Your I-751 is also probably being transfered to CSC which seems to delay the check cashing and NOA1. Once the check is cashed, most people get their NOA1 a week or two later.

Helloo everybody!

We sent I-751 on sept 29 and they still didn't cash the check. My GC expires in 19 days. I'm a little worry about my status in USA.

I have a stupid question :If they won't cash the check in the next 19 days i will become illegal in USA?
