AOS checklist for marriaged-based AOS

My Wife came on a visitor's visa and we are applying for AOS. I am putting together the application packet and had some questions about it. I didn't see any checklist specific to marriaged-based AOS.

Do I need to fill out a G-325A? Is a "passport photo" required of me? How many "passport photos" are required of my wife? I know at least 2 are required.

Does I-130 require any "passport photos" from either of us?

I was trying to merge the application requirements for both the K3 (I-130) and the AOS. But then I thought that might not make too much sense.

Thanks for any help.

This is what I currently have...

Cover Letter

Personal Check $1010.00 to US Department of Homeland Security

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

Copy of my passport

Ok, Let me revise the question regarding passport photos...

Do I need to send in 2 of my wife's passport photos for I-130, 2 for I-131, 2 for I-765 and 2 for I-485?

It seems every single application form requires passport photos!

Dont forget the G325a for yourself, for the I-130 you need 1 photo for each of you, 2 photo's of your wife for the I-485 and 2 photo's of your wife for the I-765. Aswell well as the covering letter I also did a contents page, the more info you send now the less likely you will receive an RFE letter. so anything that has both you names on, send a copy.
