Hello All!

Just wondering what is everyone's experience with the Paperwork Order for the interview, and what seemed pleasing to the consulate officials!

I have looked around and there is no documentation on how your paperwork is to be ordered for presentation to the Consulate officials, but i am sure a certain organization of the documents that would be helpful to them.

Thanks!

Filed: K-3 Visa Country: Canada
Timeline

I just completed my k3 visa interview in Vancouver - when you get to the office they give you a handout asking for the documents in a certain order, i don't have the form anymore but they'll tell you how they want it.

the only weird thing i remember was they asked me for the I-156 and I-156K (i had no clue what the 156K was) and when i handed her a copy of my electronically completed I-156 she said she didn't need it since they already had it. ??? who knows.

Hope this helps!

I just organized everything into a little accordion folder - that seemed to help them out a lot, especially since the consulate officer asked me to hand everything to him "one at a time".

I followed the guide and used ACCO fasteners. I also divided each section with tab inserts and labeled each tab
