If bribery worked, we'd all have at lease considered it. Unfortunately, there is no magic answer on how to get an interview quickly. Some do, some don't.

Nicky Salmon,

Clairern is correct. The Embassy in Kingston, Jamaica will schedule your fiance's interview. Please visit the Yardie Part 4 Thread. There are tons of folks that have been through the process. In my case, I am still waiting to be scheduled for an interview (K3). K-1 Visas get processed more quickly than others. I filed for my husband (November 2006). Yet, we are still waiting. Check out VJ Members (JA Love or Future Mrs) time line. That will give you a better understanding of the time frame as it relates to Jamaica. PLEASE CORRECT YOUR PROFILE TO REFLECT THE TYPE OF VISA THAT YOU ARE APPLYING FOR (K1). AOS means adjustment of status. Good luck!

Bribbery is pretty standard in JA. However, it won't get you anywhere with the embassy. Good thought, though.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip

AOS means adjustment of status.

There may be some confusion with the acronym AOS.

AOS may not only refer to Adjustment of Status, but also Affidavit of Support...I'm not sure what she is referring to in this case but.....
