Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On September 28, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

approved and a green card ordered. You shoudl receive it in the mail within the next 4 weeks.

K1 VISA & MARRIAGE - 8 MONTHS

17 February 2004 Sent I-129F petition CSC - It was APPROVED in 147 days

3 September 2004 INTERVIEW IN LONDON SUCCESSFUL VISA APPROVED! MARRIED OCTOBER 16, 2004

ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS - 5 MONTHS

4 January 2005 - Submitted applications for AOS and EAD - 12 May 2005 Conditional Permanent Residency Approved - interview in Santa Ana

4 June 2005 CPR 2-year Green Card arrives in mail

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS - 3½ MONTHS

8 May 2007 - I-751 sent to CSC - 23 August 2007 - Approved - Card production ordered

30 August 2007 - 10 year Green Card received

K2 TIMELINE (Stayed behind in UK to finish school)

28 March 2005 - embassy interview & medical London - visa granted

01/18/06 Applications for AOS/EAD sent - 03/28/06 EAD approved

4/3/06 - RFE for AOS - requested new medical and vacc supplement

4/26/06 - approved without interview and welcome letter sent

05/02/2006 - Greencard arrives in mail

03/14/08 - Petition to Remove Conditions mailed to CSC delivered - 7/2/08 APPROVED

NATURALIZATION TIMELINE (for myself and son) 5 MONTHS

April 18, 2011 - N-400 Applications Mailed to AZ lockbox

April 21 (received April 25) NOAs

May 12 - FP Letters mailed

May 16 - Received FP appointment letters for June 8 at 11am

August 1 - Interview - approved for Oath Ceremony - OATH CEREMONY 28 SEPTEMBER

Sounds to me like you're getting your green card. But that is a guess from me as I do not know for sure. There will be someone soon who will definitively answer this for you.

NICE I like this one, Yes WELCOME Here are your letters, you might have missed that email. Our card was produced 9/25 Welcome notice was done on 9/21 received in mail 9/27. Welcome and good luck :)

Oldest son now 21 I-130 filed by LPR dad ( as per NVC CSPA is applying here )

Priority date 12/6/2007
4/6/2010 letter from NVC arrives to son dated 3/4/2010
5/4/10 received AOS and DS3032 via email
9/22/10 Interview BOG Passed
10/3/10 POE JFK all went well
11/11/10 GC Received smile.png

Congrats!!! Your GC is soon to be with you. We received a hard copy of the approval notice at the interview, then an email from USCIS saying card production was ordered (26 Sept), then an email saying our approval letter for the I-485 had been mailed (a copy of what we have already????) on 27 Sept., then another email saying our I-130 approval letter has been mailed (26 Sept) and then this morning yet ANOTHER email saying our card prodcution for the GC has been ordered (as of 27 Sept).

Go figure - CHRIS likes to withold the love and then go CRAZY:-)

Naturalization:

06 July 2011 - finally mailed of N-400 package. Not sure why I sat on my #### for about a year...

11 July 2011 - NOA and 23 Aug 2011 - Biometrics (rescheduled at my request; initial one Aug 3)

25 Oct 2011 - Interview - Approved

15 Dec 2011 - OATH DATE - US Citizen!!!

Removal of Conditions:

27 Aug 2009 mailed RoC documents and check (GC expires 09/21/09)

28 Aug 2009: NOA receipt date - received letter in mail on Sept 1 2009 (from ESC)

25 Sept 2009: Biometrics appt - quick, easy...done

01 Oct 2009: Green Card approval - Letter of Approval received Oct 5, 2009 from CSC 06 Oct 2009: Perm GC in mail; Resident since 21 Sept 2007

Adjustment of Status:

1 May 2007 Mailed AoS package:

9 May 2007 NoA date [day 6] 15 May NoA for Biometrics [day 12]

6 June Biometrics Exam [day 34]

6 July - EAD CARD production ordered - WOO HOO!!! [day 73]

26 July - EAD card received in mail [day 83] 30 July - Interview notice received in mail [day 87]

21 September - GREEN CARD INTERVIEW -- Approved!!!!! Acceptance letter handed to us - waiting for GC in mail... [day 140]
