This may be a stupid question but do you need a passport photo for each G-325a?

If you follow the guide, it states to attach one photo, in a bag or envelope, to a sheet of paper and place behind the respective G-325A, and do the same for your fiance(e). Print the names on the back of the photos and on the envelope.

So NO, you only need one photo for you and one photo for the beneficiary.

just pic of you for your G-325a and pic of your fiance for your fiance's G-325a.

Not one for each of the four pages you fill out and she fills out.

I have a question with regards to this. I have read the guidelines like a zillion times but how do you attach it to a piece of paper and then to the G-325A. They say not use staples. I am using the ACCO clips but how do you attach the bag to the paper I guess is what I asking?

I never stapled it. I gave my fiance a little sandwich bag to put each into and than he used paperclips to attach to g-325a. I never got the ACCO clip things so i scrapped that idea.
