I would not pay someone to do process your Visa. This cant be legal and if you get caight then there will never be a second chance for you to do it. If you do this then make sure you dont tell them, the problem is you need photos to show they have met before

The OP asked only about a joint sponsor, not paying somebody else to file a petition.

Not if it's a two year conditional card.

Huh? If the person has a "greencard" that would indicate that adjustment of status (AOS) has already occured so there is no reason to do it again.... lifting of conditions may remain but not AOS...

YMMV

Not if it's a two year conditional card.

A conditional green card holder would face removal of conditions.

The OP indicates a several year time span between leaving the US and returning, so any conditional permanent residence will have expired.

she has a conditional thing right now that will expire in a month or 2

from the previous marriage they divorced before she had an interview and got permanent residence.

how can i know what the immigration lawyer tells me is true? the last one told me right away if i cant show taxes the last 3 years over 22,000 a year then i have no chance..

The OP sez that she only has a CONDITIONAL THING. He needs to get the forms that deal with conditional things. Probable could get one at the local immigration office. Also, he could also inquire about paying someone to act as sponser. I'm sure they would have a list of people there that will do this.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.
