I-864 tax returns question

Just a quick one - I'm looking at Part 6, question 25 of the 1-864 form. I have my husband's 2006 tax return and W2 ready to submit and he earns over the current set income limits.

I understand we do not have to submit returns or W2s for 2004 or 2005 however the form asks for the total income of each of these years. Do we still have to complete that even though we are not submitting returns for those years? My husband was a grad student then and didn't earn the relevant amount.

Many thanks for any input!
