As far as I'm aware, the embassy in Australia will accept a second I-134 from a joint/co-sponsor who does meet the requirements for their household plus the immigrant. Alternatively, do you or your spouse have any assets or savings to include?

You will need to find a joint sponsor. The joint sponsor can be any USC who lives in the US, has enough income for their household plus the immigrant, and is willing to sign the I-134. If they don't have enough income, they can include assets and savings as well, but they would need 5 times the difference between their income and the required amount. I hope you have someone like this. I'm sorry you're in such a tight spot on this.

EDIT - It still says CR1/IR1 in your profile, but you did change to K3 right?

I thought you had two children? What is your relationship with the other 2 people in the household size of 4?

EDIT - I must have been confusing you with someone else with the kid thing. Sorry! :)

That doesn't sound like a situation where you cannot include them in the household size. Are you sure your daughter is only a partial dependent? I don't completely understand the difference, but I would have thought that if you were only paying or receiving child support, the daughther was still your full dependent.

EDIT - Oh, and I noticed your profile says you're female.

I am in the same situation. Maybe we can speak more on pm. Maybe we can come together for some idea, or perhaps to strengthen eachother in this stressful period. Remember, to pray, pray, and pray .
