DS-3032 taking too long.....help

hi.........NVC has sent DS-3032 form to me(beneficiery) and my husband ( and also AOS fee bill) on 10th sept 2007

my husband received the form 2 weeks ago. but till date i havent received any form.

I am in india and my husband is in US ( he is USC).

cud please any one help me in this case. Is this postage waiting time normal????

USCIS

I-130 sent :- 4-17-2007

I-130 recieved by USCIS( NOA 1) :- 5-1-07

I-130 approval ( NOA 2) :- 8-15-07

NVC

Case recieved at NVC :- 8-28-07

DS-3032 & AOS fee bill sent :- b]9-10-07[/b

DS-3032 & AOS fee bill recieved :- 9-14-07

DS-3032 & AOS fee bill sent :- 9-17-07

DS-3032 recieved in india :- 9-29-07

DS-3032 sent :- 10-1-07

IV fee bill generated :- 10- 1-07

Received IV fee bill & AOS :-10-15-07

sent IV fee bill & AOS :- 10-23-07

NVC recieved IV fee bill :- 10-29-07

DS-230 sent by NVC :- 11-6-07

Received DS -230 form :- 11-19-07

02-22-08:- submitted passport at VFS

26-02-08 :- Visa granted

28-02-08 :- Visa in hand

best thing is for YOU to e-mail the NVC and tell them that you cannot locate your DS-3032 and that you would like to appoint your husband as the Choice of Agent.

Give Case #, Name and DOB of beneficiary and petitioner.

It will take some time for them to respond, but it can (and has) been done this way many times.

sent the email to NVC as u told

but if i choose my husband as my agent ....(one que i need to ask) .......how he will sign on my DS-230 form...... or is it like i have to send him DS--230 from compeletd by me......

The beneficiary can just dowload the form online fill it, write the case number (including the first three letters) on top of the page in black or blue big letters, sign it and send it directly to the NVC. That's what we did and it did work. I heard people saying NVC takes at least two weeks to open the email, I would think sending the hard copy is faster. whichever works for you but please do either e-mail or the hardcopy. the link for DS 3032
