I-131 part 7

Hi Everybody,

I am new to here, thank you for helping me.

I am from China on K-1 and because my husband needs to travel to china often I wanna go with him so I can visit my folks. Now I wanna send my I-131, I-765 along with my I-485. But I really have no idea how to fill part 7 of I-131.How should I explain that I am qualified? is there any sample? and what copies of documents I'd better include in my application packet?

You just tell the truth, visit family and accompany spouse on his trips. They approval AP for visiting family.

That site has more specific info relating to China/American immigrations issues. AP is discussed often there.

Thank you, I am just trying candlelove but that website refuses to let me register, so can you help me here? I kinda know how to explain how I qualify, but how about what circumstances warrant issuance of AP and what copies of documents I'd better include? I am so confused now. thank you

The circumstances which warrant the AP are the fact that you would like to return to your home country to visit your parents. You do not need to include any documents. They only require evidence when you are requesting the issuance of emergency AP.
