Hi

I've posted about this before and to put a long story short... We have a pending CR1 visa case and were put into an interview waiting list in Canada. We're staying in Canada so we can be together but I'm from Ireland just visiting Canada. Turns out we cannot have the interview in Canada so we're getting it moved to Ireland. Nobody told us,lawyer included, we couldn't have it here until a few helpful people on VJ told me and then Montreal embassy confirmed, followed by the NVC

My Question is:

The NVC have told us that Dublin, Ireland is changing from Standard Post Processing to Appointment Post Processing on Oct 1st. Our case was transferred there a few days ago. On travel.state.gov (http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3176.html) it says Ireland is already Appointment Post Processing. I'm hoping Ireland will not have to review every document again, it took ages for the NVC to do that. Our case got to the NVC in March and was only completed in September (Lawyer partly to blame for sending incomplete forms, TWICE).

Has anyone else had their cases transferred?
