Just be patient, my wife’s took about 4 months.

what I meant is that we have not got the NOA1, We dont have a case number, what can we do? is there anyway that we can contact the USCIS?

My husband and I are very worring about it :(

I answered this one in another post but, as you can see from my signature, it took many many months for us to receive the NOA1. That was when the CSC were having printing problems though, so I sincerely hope no one else will have to wait that long for their NOA1s at this time.

Just bare in mind that the USCIS does have a backlog as so many petitions have been sent in around the fee changes. Have a look at the other post to see my suggestions for what you are able to do :)

I don't think USCIS would send an NOA1 out before they have your money in their hands. The cheque would always be cashed first. If you look at other posts in the forum, there are lots of people still waiting for cheques and NOA1s, USCIS are really behind with all parts of the process at the moment :( It's very frustrating for those of us that have our NOA1 and are patiently waiting for the NOA2, but it must be worse to not even know if they have your petition :(

is there something wrong for people who have not got the NOA1 in 50days? hnmmmm, for me 28 days is tooooo long already  , if they have not catched the check yet, does it mean the papers have not in their system?

my husband will be crazy if we can't get our NOA1 in 50 days, LOL....how can we do if the check not cash either in 50days?!!

hope we all are lucky to get it today!!

We're up to 45 days and still waiting for our cheque to be cashed and for our NOA1. The wait just to get into the system is horrendous at the moment. We were hoping to be together for March/April time, (reading other timelines 8 or 9 months from when we sent our application didn't seem too overly expectant). Feeling very disheartened, wondering just when we will be able to be together properly if this part of it is taking so long.

I think I know how you feel... to me it was almost 50 days until I got the NOA1... we knew this was going to demand a lot from our patience, but we didn't expect such a cold shower so early in the process... I'm a lot more hopeful now that the NOA1 arrived, but the wait is long from now:(

it is a horrible feeling to know that these people are just sitting at their tables and looking at papers, and probably don't care... and those papers are all of what is most important for us... and there is nothing we can do about it

but worry not, your timeline is pretty close to mine, so you should have your NOA1 pretty soon :)
