Yay S!!!!!!!!!!!!!

should I get my fone?

9:08 am and still no ciggy.

Yay Lisa!!!

I'm so happy for you!! I really admire your courage! I had the patch and my hubby as crutches when I stopped over 3 years ago.

One thing about smokers that they probably don't really appreciate until they've quit is how much they smell like ashtrays because the smoke clings to them. Which means that when you hold your baby, he/she will be breathing that in. You may want to change the "perhaps" to "I will". Pretty please?

That is so true Krikit!! I didn't realize how much I "stank" until I stopped. Now, I can tell whenever my husband goes out to lunch with colleagues who smoke as I can smell it on his shirt.

Hey guys...today has been hard...I'm really dizzy and anxious...a bit emotional as well although I've only cried twice, heh. Cheated on my diet with some cranberry juice (well, it has sugar in it) but I read somewhere that it's good when you quit.

I haven't felt well today, been REALLY dizzy and woozy...felt a bit like my eyes were blurred as well, but they started to feel like that from after my crying spells yesterday.

I've also had no energy, and I stayed home today....been sleeping all damn day long.

Thanks again everyon for all the support! Amanda...those quotes were cool!

I promise I'll stfu about this after day 3, which is tomorrow...

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Quitting was one of the hardest things I ever did but one of the most rewarding.

It will not be easy but worth it.

Stay with your conviction !!

good luck, Lisa

my hubby quit back in March... I was and am so proud of him... he has slipped up once or twice but it is hard for him because a lot of guys at work smoke and his brothers and dad smoke... so he has a lot of peer pressure.... but he has been good for the most part....

Well L, so far so good. No smokes today, and I think I came *close* to my calorie count for the day. Maybe. lol I only want to kill people every other hour or so.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.
