Hello fellow People,

Am trying to figure out what to expect for my upcoming interview... Im planning to present during my interview my BC with correct annotation i had error in my bc but am already applied for corection. But am not sure if its goin to cause me to be put in AR. Anyone here who experienced this?? Ill be glad to hear ur comments or ideas

It could just mean missing document hold and once they receive the document they process the visa. This happened to us.

Ifyou have the corrected NSO Certified BC you shouldn't have any problems.

Mistakes on documents is COMMON in the Philippines.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Opo! My wife had the same thing. One was incorrect. When the filipino pre

interviewer ask for BC she gave them the correct one. She didn't have any problems.

Have the old one with you tho.

I had my old BC, court's decision and corrected/annotated NSO-BC during my interview. When they asked for my BC, I gave them my corrected BC and I didn't encounter any problems.

03 March 2010 - USCIS Acceptance Confirmation via e-mail and text message

06 March 2010 - received I-797C, Notice of Action/Receipt

01 April 2010 - Biometrics Appointment (Biometrics done 4/7/10)

27 April 2010 - received I-797C/ Request to Appear for Naturalization Interview

02 June 2010 - Interview schedule

17 June 2010 - Oath Taking (Memorial Auditorium, Sacramento, CA)
