My case was assigned.. so I called NVC for the first time for further information and the operator finally answered, he asked me about the Case # and the Beneficiery's birthdate and for the moment I got so confused so I told him the wrong month of my husband's birthdate. First I said September and then August omg :@ then he said that's not what we have on the system Mam, find out the right information and call us back.

I called back and i got the information....but..

Do u guys think something is gonna go wrong, do the operator based on what i said take any actions or write down anything so i could get in trouble? I just wanna make sure nothing bad influences on this case..

Just give me an opinion Plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss :))

I think you should be ok. Everybody makes mistakes. And they should understand this. Just remember that dealing with the NVC can be like a dog chasing his tail. :bonk:

The operator is just some smow sitting there answering the phone, doesn't even have authority to do updates to the system.

When you call back try having the basic information they as for written down and then you can just read it back rather than letting them get you flusterd and giving incorrect information. If you don't match to their records they can't tell you anything.
