Now Luz is all scared about going out. She used to take a morning walk to the church and had made friends along her path. I am trying to impress upon her that this lunatic was an aberration and not the normal kind of people you meet. Robin was so angry, he is very protective of his mother. This b!tch has made Luz and Robin think that they are not safe now and I am very upset that this person has caused them so much pain.

Yup, that's the first thing that Platy said when he read this. If you spit on someone it IS classed as assault. However, I think you would have stood a better chance of arrest if you'd called them right there and then. I don't know how much they can do now as you don't know her identity.

Luz, she is one person amongst millions, forget her and move on. Don't let her ruin your life or make you change anything about your routine. The best thing you can do to get over this is go back to the old routine now. Don't wait any longer. If you fall off of a horse they say to get right back on. The longer you leave it the bigger an issue it will become.

Luz, I'm really sorry that this happened to you and Robin. I can imagine how scary that must have been. Moving to a new country is difficult and encounters like this can make adjustment harder. But, as everyone has shared, that woman was definitely irrational and probably needs medical help.

It is such a big coincidence though because we were talking about racism in our bible study group last night and how our members had to break through the "programming" of their childhood. It's a sad reality that there are still a lot of people out there who are trapped in that programming and will latch on to the smallest thing to vent their anger and frustration on anyone who is "different".

She's a prisoner of her own twisted reasoning. Don't allow her drag you into that "prison".

Wow that is a crazy situation. I'm glad nothing happened to you, Robin and Gary. Some people are f*** sick in their mind.

Again, like everybody else said, just ignore it. Don't let a crazy lady bring you down. Who knows what she's been through in her life to make her like that.
