If you havent heard anything by the time your local office goes out of processing time then you can make a infopass and check. Or give it 6 months from filing and infopass. You havent put down your area so you will have to check the processing dates for your local office on the USCIS website.

Your NOA date was July 12th, what date was you're EAD application received? This would be the date above the notice date.

If it has been 91 days or more since you filed for EAD, i suggest you make an InfoPass appt to inquire about your application, your Local Office will contact MSC to adjudicate the processing of your EAD application since it would be outside the 90 day processing timeframe.

Your AOS application is currently within the 6 months processing time, there's not much you can do except wait.

Washington is currently processing Oct 29 2006. I would make a infopass in Dec/Jan to check the status of your I-485 then. In Oct, if you have not received your EAD by the time your 90 days is up then you can call and/or infopass.

You are currently just in a waiting pattern, this is normal. Your case does not usually get transferred to your local office until closer to your interview time.

May I ask what visa you arrived on? Just asking this because K1/K3 is not listed on your timeline and I was wondering if you arrived on another visa whether or not you also filed the I-130? For instance, if you arrived on a tourist visa you should have filed the I-130 concurrently with the I-485.

Yes i did Filed an I-130 , and i was just talkin to the uscis right now

and they told me every thing is okay

and if i did't resevie anything within the middle of act , i should call and request a meeting with an infopass personal

so i guess all i have to do is waitting

and my visa was tourist visa witch is still valid till 2011

but my I-95 expired right befor i got marred :S ( totaly forgot about it @ this point :S )
