Hi everyone.

My wife arrived here on a K3 visa earlier this year. We've just submitted her AOS packet, so I know that she can now travel in and out of the country without a problem, right?

But here's my question. We're interested in making the Hajj (Muslim pilgrimage to Mecca) this year. I've tried to call the Saudi Embassy both in DC and NY, and neither of them will give me an answer as to whether or not they will give her a Hajj visa. They keep telling me to contact a travel agent, who then tell me to contact the embassy.

Are there any Muslims here who have made the Hajj while on a K3 visa, or without a green card in general?

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for confirming that the K3 allows international travel. I can check that as one concern off the list. :)

Now I hope there's someone here who's perhaps been in a similar situation, who can confirm that the Saudi Embassy will indeed grant a Hajj Visa to someone on a K3 visa. The guidelines say that you must submit a copy of your green card. However, it also says that if you're here on an H1 visa, you can submit a copy of that. Do you think this implies that a K3 should be ok as well?

Thanks again. This forum has been a HUGELY VALUABLE resource for me.

They will treat you as a NON US citizen or NON us resident, they will just put their visa on another page in your passport.
