The N-600 is the right form, assuming your child was born a US citizen, or acquired citizenship automatically through the CCA.

Note that the N-600 only requires one parent to be a citizen. Check the appropriate box in Part 2, question A, and note that the header for Part 4, the section on US Citizen father, says "complete this section if you are claiming citizenship through a US Citizen father", likewise, there's similar language in the section on US Citizen mother. Complete whichever applies, and leave the section on the non-citizen parent blank.

Note that, strictly speaking, the N-600 doesn't grant the child citizenship. It's for people who already HAVE citizenship, but want proof of it. It grants them a certificate that documents their pre-existing citizenship.

She is my daughter by marriage but i have a paper from A Legal office in Guatemala Saying I am the father and I am listed on her birth certificate and i signed her passport from guatemala. Do you think becuase of the birth cirtificate and the legal papers they would not even know and just grant her citizenship without a blood test?
