FEE for AOS includes EAD, and AP ($1010) total. Just file for EAD and Optionally AP when you file for AOS.

K-1 should NOT file for EAD before filing for AOS, to do so will result in a waste of money, and an EAD card that expires 90 days after entry to the USA. It takes about 90 days to get EAD, so the card is worthless.

Take a look at the AOS guide to start.

I took Claudeth to social security after she had been here for two weeks. She received her card a week later.

You need to get married before the expiration of the I-94.

Good luck

So your saying that I don't have to file of EAD and just worry about my AOS and just file for AOS alone with cost $1010. I know for sure that we have to get married in 90days, also she can get her SS# and driving Lic. Another question is can she work with out her EAD?

What kind of documents like letters, pictures airline tickets ect.... what else do we need?

You should file for EAD with AOS filing or after AOS filing, the cost for EAD with or after AOS filing is FREE. I would fill out an I-765 and file it with the I-485 in the same envelope for AOS.

I-765 page 8:

NOTE: If you filed a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, as of July 30, 2007, no fee is required to also file a request for employment authorization on Form I-765. You may file the I-765concurrently with your I-485, or you may submit the I-765 at a later date. If you file Form I-765 separately, you must also submit a copy of your Form I-797C, Notice of Action, receipt as evidence of the filing of an I-485 as of July 30, 2007.
