file the correct papers did we not just say the same thing, these would only be the clean records, people tht have not caused any problems (except being illegal) i doubt a person with criminal backgrounds would go to all the trouble to begin with, im not for just handing all the rights over and excuseing all past behaviour

IF they Entered Illegally w/out inspection Deportation, 5-10 ban penalties THEN file Correct papers.

IF they Overstayed VISa Dependign on what they did during the period of over stay ( Worked illegally, Drove illegally, failed to pay Income TAX on illegally made earnings ) Then those too should be made to return to thier country of origin and enter BY LEGAL MEANS AFTER paying fines, ect..

Also, the government is not splitting families apart as the church claims. Both the illegal parent and the US citizen kid should go back to the parent's home country and see if they can all enter legally.

Exactly! Those Irresonsible Parents who Illegal;l;y enter this country without proper means of support families are putting their childrens future and health at risk, with NO regard for the well being of these children. Their children serve as pawns for their own selfish gain.

If they can not afford to file the right papers, work LEGALLY, DRIVE LEGALLY,, If they can not pay health insurance,

THEN THEY SHOULD NOT BE HAVING CHILDREN.

They are what is tearing their family apaprt. You commit a crime and are a parent you put your childs 7 Families well being on the line. You enter a country illegally violating federal laws, & continue to break the rules of the nation you are illegally residing it is only a matter of time before you are forced out of the shjadows and have to Pay the price for Irresponsible & Illegal Behavior!

they have no right blame USA govt. or politics or Advocates for LEgal Immigration for their mis fortune due to choices they made that put their family at risk for being seperated.

OBEY THE LAW!
