hello,

Well, this is my second time filing the AOS. I also sent a waiver and the EAD again. It gets my attention that my lawyer used a different address -also in Chicago, La Salle- to send my package.

In the bottom line says:

Attention: FBA-SI -to accept the process.

Any opinions? What is tha mean?

Godd Luck to all

What do you guys think about some lawyers holding important diplomas, ar have academic titles from Recognized Universities, or are part of the grand juries and charge a lot, to represent a client with an immigration issue?

Do they know someone inside USCIS? I've got a legal consultation at my consulate and they adviced me to hire an attorney that ussures me he or she knows Officers or reviewers in their state.

When I was looking an Atty. I was worried about this. The consulate recommended me with one they have been working for 15 years and they told me she knows people inside USCIS and when she represent dificult cases, Usually she receives a call from examiners, reviewers and they ask her what is gonna be the next step for the client, so they can handle better the future of the applicaction.

Is this possible? Would that be favoritism, other?

Thank you for your best wishes.. Same to you :-)

Well I just sent another AOS/EAD/WAIVER 601. The good new is that there is a law that when someone files AOS and the waiver IN the "same petition" the waiver is fee waived.

Something free from USCIs!!! Im thankful I can save more than 500 dollars.
