I drink at least 64 oz. in addition to what I drink while exercising.

Hey Jenn, noticed you are back in process. We just sent our RFE response Saturday and got confirmation from USPS website that they received it yesterday. I sure hope we can get a fingerprint date soon. Abdel found out this week that his English classes end in June and won't be restarting. They didn't get funding this year. I sure wish he could be working by then but I know I'm probably dreaming.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you.

You know, I did already see an EAD approval with an NOA1 of 2/03/06.

So we can't be that far off!

Alrighty, it's hump day!

How're everyone's goals going?

I'll be going to the gym today again at lunch. Don't think I can take another salad for lunch though - might do a grilled chicken sandwich with spicy mustard instead.

Ok, we broke down and had Taco Bell tonight. Abdel had a 4:00 dental appointment and my class was at 6:00. There was no point in driving home when he got done, but when we got to class we had 40 minutes to spare. At least now I'm munching on watermelon slices.

I want to workout tomorrow night so bad, but there's an awards ceremony at school tomorrow night I want to attend. I'm glad this semester is almost finished. It hasn't been a hard one, but I'm so sick of school!

Anybody heard from Amerra? I'm sure she's very busy right now with school and her man and her wedding and her baby. Wow, I couldn't imagine trying to do what she's doing.

Amera's wedding is in just 10 days!!! She must be so busy, I don't know how she does school, work, takes care of a two year old, and plans a wedding all at once.

OK, so my progress this week:

Monday -- NADA, very disappointing

Tuesday -- Woohoo! 60 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the treadmill. I had had a very bad day, but fortunately the anger fired me up.

Wednesday (today) 60 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes of yoga.

I know this isn't going to make my dress fitting on Friday go any better, but I keep hoping :P

Liz, make Abdel prevent you from succumbing to Taco Bell. Majid unfortunately LOVES fast food and always wants to drag me along. I try to just get a diet coke, but sometimes those fries are just too tempting. Of course he eats whatever he wants, skinny little ####### that he is...

I hope I can drag myself to the gym again tomorrow night!

Not doing so good since I have been glued to a desk/computer as we are all furiously working on getting programs ready for a conversion test phase, LOL.

Yesterday, we did go to lunch to celebrate someone's birthday . . . I managed to get a to-go container for half of it . . . then ate the rest for dinner (yum, PF Chang's Dan Dan Noodles . . . LOL . . . still not enough veggies).

OK, back to a healthy salad for lunch today . . . preparing it right now.

I have gone up five levels on the life cycle since I went back to the gym and have started noticing that my 'fat' clothes are starting to become a little loose! :P

OK guys I'm joining ... where do I sign up ??

Here's the thing I am skinny ... but throughout this wait from hell I have developed a little belly (you cant see it though my clothes because I dont wear tight clothes ... but if I did you could a little). It's fine and doesn't bother me at all. However, with Ali coming and our wedding soon after I would like to look HOT

So my goal :

To do at least 50 (is that good number if not let me know) crunches every night before I go to bed and cut out the comfort food that got me through my mild depression as much as possible.

Also maybe just for a little workout my mom has a treadmil that she uses everyday ... maybe I can at least go on it for 30 min. twice a week or something ?

Help me out here !

That sounds like a good plan, but seriously, go easy when you're starting out with crunches. When you're doing it it feels fine, it's the next day that you regret it!

You should definitely do the treadmill at least a few times a week, it will really help with the stress while you're waiting for your interview.

BTW, LB, I saw one of your posts on The Knot :D

OK, I hereby proclaim I am going to the gym again tonight, so now I can't wimp out of it.

You're all doing so good! This is my bad week. Today was lunch out for a guy leaving our department at work, and tonight was an awards ceremony at school with snacks after, then come home and have dinner at 9:15 PM.

On the good side, I feel incredibly bloated and can't wait to get out on the tennis court again. So, at least I know when I need to exercise and am actually looking forward to it.
