You are still within the normal range for petition approval. If everything was submitted correctly, I don't think you have much to worry about.

Thanks! I am dumb, I wrote NOA 1 but meant NOA 2, we got our NOA1 on 6/8/07, I still have not been assigned a case manager so just wondering whats up:)

Info only, USCIS is still processing May filers. At the current pace, you probably will not get an NOA2 until the end of next month. Good luck :thumbs:

both filed less than two weeks after that couple. They were approved nearly a month ago - caveat, I can't tell if their case was transferred to CSC or stayed at NSC.

And a month later, their online status etc has not been updated and includes no touches. So I wonder what we can learn from the RFE trick. For example, we call and the person answering relies on info that has not been updated. However, we can't tell what they are citing yet have to take it as gospel.

Let's hope we just get a NOA2 any day now...from what I can tell, it's certainly possible.

Happy talk? Perhaps, but it keeps us calm......................
