After I file our I-129F, I would like to wait for approval with my fiancé in Europe. I am concern, however, that if an RFE was issued, it might be difficult for me to receive or respond to it from Europe. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can wait with my fiancé and respond to possible RFE's? Thanks

Have someone in the US receive or access your mail. Or just wait until NOA2 before going to wait with your fiance in Europe.

If you prepared a complete petition there should be no issues. Is there something weak about your petition that you are specifically worried about?

YMMV

With the number of posts that I've read where RFE's are generated for documents that were included in the submitted package already, I'd say *everyone* has something to worry about wrt RFE's, even those of us who quadruple-checked them before sealing the envelope.

You should probably wait until NOA2 then go. And take all your originals with you in case the consulate requests them so you won't have to scramble to connect with someone back home.

1) don't go until you get NOA2

2) have family monitor your mail...keep in mind if the RFE req's a siggy, it has to be original so your family member will have to mail it to you, then you mail it either back to the fam member to mail to your svc center, or you mail it direct to the svc center.

3) figure out a way to be in two places at the same time.
