As for the Waivers, Mexico is about average with it taking 4-6 months from the date the Waiver is entered into the system (sometimes up to a month after its filed) to be approved, and then another 1-2 months for a second interview.

Well...like you said...what goes around comes around...too much abuse in the past tends to slow down an embassy. I think the Phillippines, Peru, Pakistan have an idea what long interview wait times are all about.

Maybe this is some deceptive ploy by the U.S. government, Department of Homeland Security, to draw out all the illegal aliens by letting them believe they are safe, so they can identify them and round them up later?!!
