Doug and I are at day 140 now from NOA1 - NOA2- We have been touched 3 times within the last week so we are counting on our NOA2 any time soon.

As of today, I am putting all the papers together, that I will recieve with the package 3 in the near future. That way I am quick when it gets here. I know, the Police Report has to be pretty up to date, so with that one I am waiting until I actually have my NOA2.

To especially all the Germans on here: I am trying to make up time as soon as I receive package 3! Can someone please tell me what documents come with the package 3 . I know of the affidavit of support (Doug is on that), police report, international birth certificate, medical.. I need the forms that I will need to fill out.. and I need more passport pictures and I need 3 certified birth certificates for the future and 2 copies of my medical for the AOS.

I am on this website every day, all day and I am glad I am not busy at work right now. I already moved in with my parents, so all i have to do is quit my job and get a ticket once i have the visa is in my hands.

140 days have been a very long time with a lot of ups and downs and I can see why some couples break up during the waiting period. We are lucky and visit each other every 8 weeks but still, we need to be together all the time (L)

It would be awesome, if i could leave Germany by December 31st.

All the best to everybody on here - this website is great and wouldn´t know what to do without it.

Heh, I had to re-read this. I haven't had a lot of coffee this morning and I thought you were the petitioner. Was thinking "ummmm...might not look too good at the interview if the petitioner has quit their job and moved in with their parents."

Congrats on the approval! Wishing you both the best of luck!

and 2 copies of my medical for the AOS.

If you can get a copy of your medical that would be good but you are not suppose to NEED a copy. In addition, many clinics "seal" the medical and do not allow you to open it before submitting to the Consulate or they may even send the report directly themselves. As a K-1, for AOS purposes, the USCIS will get the medical out of your file (as it is in the mystery brown envelope). All you are required to submit with AOS is a vaccination supplement so if you go to your medical with your vaccination records, be certain to get the DS 3025 form from the clinic as this will be the basis for your supplement.

YMMV
