The President has the authority to declassify classified information. On that count, no crime has occurred.

But to use that authority for political gain, while not necessarily a crime, is clearly wrong. And much worse than anything B.J. Clinton did.

are you counting the treaty where the EU has veto rights to american corp mergers that can effect teir business powers here in USA? ANd/Or the inclusion of the selling to EMP resistant micro-chip technology to "the bad guys" in china?

Either way... I think they are both wrong on so many levels it's becoming fast non-humorous to me.
