hello! i have a question about my affidavit of support. i'm having a co-sponsor and the co-sponsor is my fiancee's dad. anyway the package just arrived yesterday and i saw he checked the i intend part in question 11. then he wrote it N/A (k1 visa process for permanent residence). can i just white out the part where they checked the i intend in question 11. is it ok if there's an erasure in the form? or is it ok even if he checked that part because he already answered it in N/A .........? thanks

DO NOT make any changes to the I-134. it is a notarized document. don't worry, the way question 11 was answered is acceptable. beleive it is the way it is shown on the example form here on VJ.
