Though your post limits a reply and I am sure I am not giving you a link, on the other hand uncertain if this is how you qualify a simple answer anyways. here it is.

Northwest will accept luggage up to a maximum of 50 pounds (23 kg) and a total linear dimension of 62 inches (158 cm) per piece at no charge.

Additional charges may apply for luggage weighing more than 50 pounds (23 kg) or with a total linear dimension of more than 62 inches (158 cm) per piece.

For domestic and trans-Atlantic travel, the maximum weight accepted for any piece of checked luggage, including special luggage items, is 70 pounds. For trans-Pacific travel, the maximum weight accepted for any piece of checked luggage is 100 pounds. Items that exceed these limits can be shipped as cargo.

Note: If you are flying on a codeshare partner, please check with the operating carrier for maximum acceptance rules as they may vary.

There is an exception for travel between the Philippines and the U.S. on NWA.

From their website:

Exceptions for trans-Pacific travel wholly between U.S./Canada and the Philippines , China and Hong Kong , checked pieces may weigh up to 70 pounds (32 kg) each.

I have traveled on NWA many times between The U.S. and the Philippines with luggage weighing very close to the 70 pound limit.

Just be careful not to go over the limit. When we returned from a trip in January (Peak Season), overweight bags were charged $600 per bag and extra bags were charged $245 per bag. We already had 1 extra bag, but had 2 overweight and ended up purchasing a shipping box and redistributing the things between the overweight bags and the shipping box. We ended up with 6 bags total (2 excess) and had to pay $245 X 2, plus the cost of the box ($10) = $500 extra for the luggage.

My wife really likes to shop! The two overweight bags were stuffed to about 36 kg each.
