finally, our visa's been approved. We've been waiting since May 5th for the NAO2 and today after using the RFE trick I got an email, about an hour after calling, saying we'd been approved and everything was in the mail. Yay! Now it's just the little that's left on this side and the interview in London. With luck maybe my fiance will be here by Thanksgiving! Or Halloween!

finally, our visa's been approved. That's greaaaaaaaaaaat newssssssssss!!!!! Congratulationssss!!!!! Hopefully if I get my NOA2 this week, I'll be able to be in NY by halloween or thanksgiving!!! :D

Btw, where was your case transfer, to VSC or CSC??????

It was transferred to CSC. But I highly recommend calling. It was uncanny how soon we got the approval after we called.

Was your NOA1 from June or is that just when you finally received it? What is the date you have on it? I'm going to assume you aren't a June filer, rather a May filer. In any event, congratulations. :thumbs:

Early May NOA2.....few more weeks and perhaps June will start being worked on. When that happens I can finally start thinking it will be that much closer for July.

4/22/2008---2nd Interview ( keep us in your prayers)

4/22/2008--He was approved for the Visa 2-3 weeks until he recieves it in the mail lets hope so!!

They received our package May 5th, but we didnt actually get the receipt in the mail till June because they had some problems with the receipts at that time. We filed at the Texas Service Center but it was sent to California. I really recommend using the RFE trick if you think it's about time for yours to come in. Best of luck to everyone. It will come in, just be patient. ha ha, the other day I was crying saying how it would never come and something must have happened to it. Well, it came.

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii
