No vaccination records

My fiancee (entered on K-1) does not have any record of vaccinations.

Now to get the supplemental I-693A for AOS, a local doctor (USCIC certified) suggested that she get the foll vaccines:

1. TD

2. MMR

3. Chicken Pox

The cost is $300 for >>3 vaccines + documentation in sealed envelope.

Does this sound reasonable to you guys.

My medical for all vaccinations was $365. I would check out other civil surgeons as the price may be a lot cheaper. I think the price for mine was rather steep, but he was the only one within a reasonable distance to where I live. The civil surgeon had the form there and I didn't need to bring it with me. I also got blood work done at a local clinic suggested by the civil surgeon which was around $65.

Thats about as good as your going to get. I updated my vaccinations to travel last year, and it cost me about $600 at the travel clinic in the county hospital. IRC, it was Twinrix (hep A and B) might have been a polio or tenuous booster, and a vaccine for typhoid.

Thanks for your replies guys...but this is crazy... I just got a quote from another doctor for $150. He said Chicken Pox shot is not needed.

You can have the shots done anywhere. Check your local medical clinics. Take the records to the CS to have transcribed onto the supplement.

Chicken pox is not needed if it was contracted as a child otherwise it is needed.
