We are waiting for biometrics in Tampa for our (3rd) EAD (received 7/24). This happened as well when we applied for AOS & the intial EAD. I started a thread in site discussion as I was trying to find other local members who have applications pending due to the slowness of the ASC. I guess I can take my assumption as being correct.

There is a member in the AOS forum who applied for AOS late August and has their biometrcs scheduled for 10/20 :(

What on earth..Tampa is so annoying!

I am hoping its a *priority* kind of thing. The hubster's EAD does not expire until December, but its a bit unnerving!

(I really cannot believe they would be that oprganized though)

Congrats!!!

I had my fingerprints done yesterday. I expected to see a lot of people and spend a couple hours waiting. We arrived at 11 am and were throught by 11:30. It seemed to be a lazy day at the office, at least for that part where you have your bios taken... I was kind of surprised...

I mailed the I-751 package at the end of July, and got the NOA at the end of August.I am trying to track the process, but I can't find any information on the uscis' website with the case number which shows on NOA.It always shows error number when i type the case number online, but i am sure it's the same as the NOA. Does anyone know what 's the problem?

It's normal. I thought it was weird too, but if you read the bottom of the NOA it says after receiving your biometrics (ASC) appt you can view your status online. We have rec'd the ASC letter but still cannot look at the status online, I think only after the biometrics appts are completed does it show online.

Just thought I'd post that Sujeet's biometrics were this morning. He had a 9am appt, but left early for it incase of bad traffic. Well he got there by 8:10am and was done in 30 mins, not too bad! :) He hadn't gotten any biometrics done for about 3 years, and they are in a new office since then with more staff and less waiting times.
