I was just looking over the I-797C form we received last week and I just noticed the A# printed on the form is different. I thought I would ask here before I call to see what the deal is. The application number is correct and its showing her married name now. I'm sure they just don't go and change the A# for no reason.

Also its saying to bring a completed medical examination form I-693 and vaccination supplement in a sealed envelope (unless already submitted). Isn't that the sealed medical info we handed over when we entered the country? I don't want to do all that again if we don't have to.
