Hi All, I got my NOA2 yesterday (3/12/2008), but the online case status is still saying "pending". Shouldn't it update to something like "Approved, sent to NVC"?

I don't know what's up with VSC but it seems that they're stuck at SusieK and they've been like that since I remember back when I added my name to the list. So as far as I see, no approvals have been done since that date for VSC. WOW. It wans't enough we had to wait 3 months to get a receipt, 3 lousy months where they were deciding what to do and how to do it, now we're getting screwed again...oh, wait, it's the fed right...Nice VSC...

One of the most recent approvals is out of VSC, so I am not sure where you are getting your info from...

What is happening, I noticed they take turns. For couple of weeks CSC approve I-130s then VSC and so on. The reason is not to have NVC backed-up with too many applications/petitions. If anyone has noticed they are both approving K-1 since it only stays couple of days at NVC and not much work done there.

There have been many approvals coming out of VSC. You are a K3 petitioner so your not in the same category as CR1 anymore. Your timeline will be longer cause you should be looking at your I129F date not your I-130 date for an approval. Check out the immigration timelines and you'll see...VSC is kicking but with those K3 approvals right now.

There have been many approvals coming out of VSC. You are a K3 petitioner so your not in the same category as CR1 anymore. i meant that i did not see any k3 approvals from VSC... since i am a k3 filer..and past 2 weeks havent seen any except for one vsc filer for i130 october.. or am i not lookin correctly??? :/
