NOA1 to NOA2 Timeline

I got my NOA2 in the mail yesterday..I filed Sept 20...Approved March 20...i already have the NOA2 in my hand but online case status says pending....oh well..goodluck to the rest of you guys....

I hate to reiterate myself because I think I'm way far from reaching that age but would it be wrong to ask what is going on with VSC. It seems like they stopped at SusieK on 8/30. Could it really be that bad!?!?!. I know Delicia will come back saying to check her blog for updates. No offense but I find it easier to follow the list in the post. So far they've been stuck on SusieK. Maybe tomorrow. I hope.

Hello, guys!! Have some great news for you.... I JUST GOT APPROVED!!!
Time to update that chart!! I can't believe it!!! As a matter of fact, I just did a print out of the "approval notice" from USCIS in case the whole internet disappears or something. In any case, those print outs are quite useful, for I still can't believe this happened and I am taking a look at them every 20 seconds or so.

Nita... this morning, before receiving the good news, I was on the phone with a couple of lawyers. You know, I recommend you get in touch with a good law firm, specially if they are part of the AILA (American Immigration Lawyers Association). Today I learned that those guys have regular meetings at the service centers, and they can do a liaison inquiry on a particular case. So... it could be worth giving it a shot. If it happened to me, it could happen to you!!!

Odeoaldorf, there was an approval yesterday morning for munequita a sept filer at VSC. I've seen a few others too. Seems they may be moving again with the I130's (let's hope).

nope it was not even touched!

I requested expedite for my I129F and they

approved the I130 Case in 2 days, they only touched the case

today, but the expedite was approved on monday 3/24

well

now i have to deal with NVC

Updated Milton y Claudia and Selina, deleted those who received their NOA2's a year ago or more, and also went through the code and deleted a bunch of it that was not needed.
