We're speculatively looking at flying Rhosie here on November 15. Thus far NWA is giving the cheapest fare at 750 USD, but I've heard several people saying that agencies can find you better fares than we could on our own. If this is the case, then does anyone know of a good agency in or around Dallas that might give a better fare? Just trying to check the possibilities since we're getting down to that time for ticket buying. Thanks everyone.

Congrats on y'alls interview date. I see your fiancee will be interviewing just 3 days before Rhosie.

My round trip there at the end of Jan cost me 937 total and it was bought less than a month before departing. I do my best to search what I can. So far the few agencies I've tried calling give me the exact fare I found, but marked up for them. :rolleyes: Right now it's just the waiting game killing me. :clock: This is such a trying experience for anyone.

It would most likely be cheaper to buy the ticket in the Philippines. Claudeth bought her's there and saved me about $150.

We're flying thru NWA, my fiance didnt look around for cheaper rates (being lazy) but he called NWA (2 weeks ago) and got 749, he used travel agency in SA last time he came here and he thought they charged him a bit higher than what he got from his NWA roundtrip next week and my NWA oneway in 1.5 weeks and our lil boy. 2 other friends here whose flying in Mid October is gonna fly thru NWA too.

NWA = JetBlue.

kayak.com is one of the best flight searches in the US. Searching Philippines Airlines' site can get you some good prices too.

My friend used to always fly NWA because they were cheaper than most but he was buying the tickets in the RP. Eva has some cheap prices too and you might also take a look at China Air.

what you mean NWA=Jetblue. I would take any day of the year Jetblue over NWA. NWA service really stinks and the flight attendants were born in the 1800's :lol: :lol: :lol: J/K but they are old tea bags :P

For me personaly, I would pay the extra $$ for going on a differnt airline.

I contract maintenance with NWA and they have some old beat up planes. And the Mechanics always defer the maintenance so they can go to sleep.

Take care.. Jusst my opinion

i dont know about NWA coz i havent tried it. i always take PAL. though its more expensive than NWA, you'll have a straight flight to USA. :thumbs:
