Quick Question Regarding Immunization Supplement for AOS Interview

Good Monday morning! We have our AOS interview Thursday in Atlanta and just got all our stuff together this weekend. In checking everything out, we noticed we do NOT have a photocopy of my husband's son's immunization supplement. Obviously the original in the sealed envelope was mailed in with our application. We have Keith's copy, but we actually have 2 copies of his which makes me think the lady at the civil surgeon's office made 2 copies of Keith's instead of 1 of Keith's and 1 of Daryl's (can't believe we didn't notice it before though). Do we need this copy, or because they already have the original will they ask for a copy? I have to figure out if I need to call the civil surgeon's office and have them try to fax me a copy. Thanks!

From what I've read here I think the AOS interview checklist asks you to bring along the immunisation supplement if not already submitted. If you sent the original sealed envelope in with your initial petition, I would think you should be okay. Perhaps take all of the copies you have anyway, including any immunisation records you have for Daryl.

Don't worry Shari - most interviews they don't ask for anything except relationship proof - thats what we were asked for. I am sure you will be OK. Good Luck

The one from the civil surgeon should also be in a sealed envelope. We mailed Claudeth's in but the Dr. did make a copy for us.
