hi , i have a question plz . i filled for k-1 visa on july 5th 2007 i sent in my packet to tsc. it was forwardded to csc.i was thinkking of movving to morocco to wait for my fiance , but, since then i have thought this thru clearrly. i am now going only for 3 months since im only waitting for all this process to continue.i dont want my fiance to miss out on a chance to come to USA and see for himself that its not what most people think. comming to USA, makes everyones lives better. me, myself im happier there. but he needs to see for himself the ways here.anyways , to get to the point , my packet was recievved on july 13th and i was issued my 1st noa on july 17th...well lately my adjudificattion date has changed so many times. sometimes 2-3 in 1 day.it startted out sayying nov. 10th ,, now its at nov. 28th.i am really confussed. i want to get thru this journey, and see what happens with the visa process. thx so much ,, kimberlyanne :help:

The timeline keeps moving because the service centers are not approving very many I-129f petitions these last few months. he timelines are merely an estimate of how long it will take to adjudicate your file and its based on the data recieved from other VJ members. Right now its seems that the wait for NOA2 is at least between 4 and 5 months, so hang on to your hat and settle down for more waiting. I know it stinks, but hang in there! It will happen!

The timeline keeps moving because the service centers are not approving very many I-129f petitions these last few months. he timelines are merely an estimate of how long it will take to adjudicate your file and its based on the data recieved from other VJ members. Right now its seems that the wait for NOA2 is at least between 4 and 5 months, so hang on to your hat and settle down for more waiting. I know it stinks, but hang in there! It will happen!

yeeeap that is not easy you should be looking for your NOA2 around end november beggining December right now, and hope that USCIS will start working( :lol: working do they know what it is?)decently and send you your NOA2 sooner .

September 2006 : first meeting in US for a month ,after on year of communication

April 2007 :Second meeting in Us for a month

June 2007: we engaged our lawyers

17 July 2007 : I-129F send to USCIS California center

22 July 2007 : [1st NOA

16 September 2007 : Half of the waiting time done 60 days

09/22/2007 : day 66 what a long time still to wait........

11/29/2007 : NOA2 YEEEEEAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH

03 January 2008 : Package 3 fromthe embassy

17 January 2008 : Medical examination

03 Febuary 2008 / Package 4

17 MARCH INTERVIEW

25 MARCH APPROVED GOT MY K1

05/17/2007: we hope this will be our wedding day.......

ty for your reply.. yes the wait is so long , but , its ok for now .. its been almost 3 month s , maybe by the time i go to morocco ill get some sort of reply. lol .. thx anyways

ty so much for your reply ,, i plan to leave around that time , so maybe just maybe he will be comming back with me ,,,,as for now ,, its work , work , work ,, lol. it does make the time go fastter. :thumbs:

im all about the work ,work ,work.. :hehe: still waiting for NOA 1 sent I130 7/27 ouch....
