Is the I-94 number the departure number at the top? And what is my "status" after marrying? I wasn't aware I had any status at the moment.

I HATE miles, gallons, pints, words spelled without u's, and all that other jazz...

07/21/07 Entered United States on K1 visa

08/18 Married

10/20 Sent AOS package to Chicago; arrived on 10/22

11/21 Biometrics appointment

12/14 EAD card production ordered; AP approved

12/15 AOS transferred to CSC

12/22 AP arrives in mail

12/27 Received EAD in mail

02/15/08 Green Card production ordered

02/25 Received Welcome letter in mail

02/28 Green card arrived in mail. Done with USCIS for now

01/12/10 Sent I-751 to California Service Center; arrived on 1/14/2010

02/09 Biometrics appointment in Michigan City, Indiana

02/10 Case updated

02/23 Received NOA

03/08 Card production ordered

03/10 ROC approval letter arrives

03/15 Ten year Green card arrives

02/17/12 Mailed citizenship application

Nobody knows?

Oh well. I put "K1 visa-now married" for status since I wasn't aware I had any status. Nobody knows the answer to that? Or to what the I-94 number is? I assumed it was the departure number at the top. Are they so ####### that you have to have the space before the last two numbers? They want you to write your name exactly as it appears on the I-94. The last name is above the first and middle names so I put the last name first. Will they send it back to me or what?

argh...too much ####### and confusion...

The I-94 number is on the green gard you filled in on the plane coming over, that should be kept in or with your passport, dont lose it, I would put K1 visa,

Thanks Nicky but I just drove over. My I-94 is in my passport but it has more than one number on it so I'm not sure which is the actual I-94 number. So you recommend putting just K1 visa even though I'm married now? Thanks again.

I am almost sure its the departure No on I -94 , hang on just check, yes its the number immediately below departure. K1 visa - married sounds fine.
