Hey all. Just a quick question...

Our interview is set for Oct 1st, and i'm working on the evidence of relationship. Do you think sending them printouts of my email account, like a log format instead of each individual email will suffice? I have 1289 emails from him, and it took 39 pages to print out just a log of them all. I intend on having him do the same. I'm a little iffy on what all I should be sending him to the interview with. I don't want them to deny or delay sending the visa because I forgot something!!

Thanks..

I would add one or two actual emails for each month from petition filing to interview, at minimum. You can black out anything to personal, but its better to just pick emails you don't have a problem with.

I think that sending the log would probaly be a good idea!

When i went to the interview in copenhagen, they dident even ask to see any of the pics i brought along, i did not bring emails since i have had several different computers in the time i known my wife, lol

I did take copies of all cards and letters we ever wrote eachother.

They dident ask to see either, they looked at the initial pics that was sent with the i129f and said we looked cute together and that was it!

After that they also asked me how we meet, when her birthday is and if i was telling the truth, lol.

Good luck i hope he gets the i129f so he can get over here and start all the new paperwork, lol

I'm not looking foward to starting the new paperwork. They raised the prices soo much. There goes the Christmas present funds toward AOD and EAD. Stupid government. Lets just punish the people who try to do it legally.

Excatly!!

Our check was cashed about 4 days ago and them taking 1010 us dollars is making me sick!

Why does it have to be so difficult and expensive to be in love with someone from another country???

Not to mention people that uses attorneys to help them with the hard paperwork!

I did it myself for the i129f and when all comes to all i guess we spent close to 4000 dollars for the whole application process, not to mention time being apart, going crazy with waiting not know whats going to happen in your case.

Im back in the crazy part since im applying for my aos at the moment, i just want it all to be over and dooooone with, i need money and i have already had job offers, but im not allowed to work yet, yes uscis "rocks"

Well, you both could just have your SO's in the country without inspection and unauthorized to work legally. It'd be a heck of a lot cheaper after all, wouldn't it?
