Hi,

Just heard from my fiancee. She received the packet4 with the interview date. It's 9th May. Things have moved pretty quickly, since filing the I129F. Hopefully there are no issues at the interview...

I will be in India during the time of her interview. Anyone has an idea, if they allow the petitioner inside the consulate in Mumbai, during the interview?

P.S.: I had to fill out a form in packet 3 if I want to bring someone to the interview ("someone" being the fiance or kids), I don't know if they do that in India too.

01/05/2007 - interview appointment in Santa Ana - APPROVED!!!

Good luck with the interview, NO the petitioner is not allowed to be inside, you will have to wait outside.

My fiance has second interview May 4th, his first was March 13th. We were not missing any information required, but I think because of the age difference and I am American they will interview him again with a higher CO.

Yeah, but look when he sent his petition in compared to you!!! :o OMG less than 3 months! That's longer than it took for you and me to get our NOA2s!!! :lol:

To the OP... Congratulations and good luck with the interview! Hope you will be able to accompany your fiancee at the interview, because I will be with mine on... May 16th! (Only one week after the May 9th club!!! :D)

10 year GC Approved - APRIL 16th ,2009 - Peggy and Jonathan's......

Still waiting for our cards...Had to file I-90 as they sent them to the wrong address.

March 9th, 2010, Received GC that has been lost in the mail for 10 months. Still waiting for my son's that is lost as well.

Filed Waiver for my son's 10 year GC and it was approved. He finally received his GC after its been missing for 2 years.

Thanking God this is over for 10 years.
