:dance:Hello VJer's

i would like to share my happiness with you , coz finally we are going to our final interview which is tomorrow

Sep. 25 , 2007 at 1.30Pm .

the visa officer told me to bring all Original Documents to the interview.

i told him that all documents are ready, but there is a question for you.

he said ok, what is it? i told him that my financial sponsor has sent the I-864 ,employemnt letter and his tax returns as a scanned documents via email and i print out those documents is that acceptable?

he said i can accept such a documents but maybe im not the one who will interviewer you so dont put your self at risk level , maybe the interviewer officer gonna ask for the originals.

that was on sep. 9,2007 when i went to the embassy to bring my appointment letter for the final interview.

after that i asked my sponsor to use the Fedex to send all documents having ink signatures.

but the problem his employer which is chicago police department dont wanna to put the salary on the employment letter, since my sponsor is a police officer, is that enough for the embassy, since they can make a phone call to the department and ask them about the salary of someone who works there .

the letter is stamped by the officail stamp and signed by the coordinator or the one who is in charge .

the AOS(I-864) is just signed by my sponsor, since the visa officer said to me that there is no need for notarization any more because of the new version of I-864 form, and my sponsor and I dont really know whether to use the computer

( KeyBoard) or Black ink to fill out the form.any way he filled out it using his black ink pen.

is that ok?

does any one know what will happen tomorrow by the embassy from A to Z ? i'll be vrey glad if we share our experiences .

i think all documents they have asked me to prepare are ready as follows:

1- Ds-230 part I/II

2- Affidavit Of Support ( form I-864) meets the poverty line requirements

3- Employment letter from Financial sponsor

4- Police clearance from the current resident country ( Saudi Arabia)

5-Police Clearance from my Origin Country ( Jordan)

6- Medical Examination

7-Passport

8-Birth Certificate

9- University Certificates ( if Required)

10- Passport style photos.

11- IV Fees

I don’t know if I have to bring something else to the interview

Also I don’t know how many days/ months the visa will take to be issued on my passport, but I hope not too long since my wife (USC) is pregnant and I think it’s a good idea to get birth there in the US.

Finally plz wish me luck, and I'll adore any suggestions from your side

:help:

Rami
